Welcome to GuerneGully, our magical oasis in the redwoods. The house, which features high-end modern finishes throughout, was completely updated in 2021. The grounds feature magical ferns - giving the property its name - and are completely fenced in for total privacy and peace of mind. Follow the sun around the three spacious decks, enjoy a glass of wine and a book on the outdoor sofa or a meal with friends under the redwood canopy, or make the 6 min trek into town. Hot tub coming May, 2024!! The space The house has three bedrooms: two upstairs with a king and queen respectively, and one on the middle floor that serves double duty as a home office and 2nd guest bedroom with a queen memory foam sleeper sofa. The house is also equipped with a queen air mattress and additional bedding that can be set up in the extra large living on the bottom floor or in the laundry room for added privacy and direct access to the yard. Brand new 8 person hot tub installed on back deck, May 2024. Guest access Guests will have full, exclusive access to the entire property. Please note the Peloton in the photos is no longer available, but there are free weights, a bench press, and yoga mats in the garage.
