Parking right by the tent. Limited to no cell service and no wifi - enjoy unplugging and glamp among the trees. The space Very private, as we only allow one group at a time, and there are no houses close by. Magnificent, unimaginably peaceful and pleasant sun-warmed green pasture you won't find a greener and cleaner pasture. Guest are welcome to explore the property at their leisure. We don't use any chemicals or anything to poison our land. We keeping it natural and healthy. Also we have sheep and chickens. Fresh organic pasture raised eggs are available upon request. Try your luck gold panning. Our property was gold mined back in the early 1800s. Kids love it! Gold Pans are available for a small rental fee. Keep in mind a tent set for 4 people to sleep in, if you have more than 4 persons they have to have their sleeping bags and bedding items. plenty of floor space for sleeping bags. What is included: Canvas Tent on Platform, King Bed, Sofa, Linens, pillows, blankets, outdoor chairs, picnic table, hammock, charcoal grill, cooler, barbecue utensils, dishes, silverware, cups, camping coffee pot, towels, hand soap, toilet paper, one garbage bag and, entertainment family games and even a coffee ))) There is an outhouse about 50 feet away from the tent. There is no shower. Guest access Our property is 67 acres. The tent is located at the very far East corner of the property. Very private and secluded. Our Tent is more than 1/2 mile away from the main house, and no neighbors close by as well. Other things to note By accepting this reservation, you agree to the terms listed in House Rules. Must Singh liability release form at check in. Pet's are welcome, though we do charge a one time pet fee of $30 per pet. and a $250 returnable security pet Deposit will be collected after the reservation is confirmed. The deposit will be returned if the property is left clean and undamaged by pet. We agree the deposit is high but unfortunately AirBnb doesn't cover animal damages of any kind through their host coverage. Documented Service Animals will have the system auto added $30 per night pet fee removed from their reservation when documentation is provided. The refundable security animal deposit of $250 (which is legally permissible for any animal including Service animals) will be returned after your stay, less any damages. Animals may Never be left alone in tent.
