This downtown house is newly renovated and it is just a few blocks away from the bay of El Malecón, which has several excellent seafood restaurants and bars. The property is located less than five minutes away by car from Jaboncillo beach, Guanica Dry Forest and Fort Caprón. Caña Gorda beach, Playa santa beach and La jungla beach are also excellent choices for having a great time. Within 10 miles you can also enjoy the wonders of the nighlife, the cays, snorkeling , kayaking at La Parguera. The space The house has a nice space for eating, cooking, sleeping, family area with a balcony and a patio fully fenced with the security of cameras. The house is designed to host 4 guests but for an additional fee, we can accomodate 2 more guests with a queen inflatable mattress.
