Located about a 10 minute walk to one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Georgian Bay. Conveniently located approximately 2 hours north of Toronto. A 10 minute walk away from sandy public beach near Lafontaine Private Beach or a 3 minute drive to Lafontaine Beach Park. Lots to enjoy around the area in any season - swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, biking, hiking, skiing, tobogganing, snowshoeing, skating and more! (Guests bring their own seasonal rec equipment and gear). Guest access A code will be provided to enter the cottage prior to your arrival. Parking for 6 cars easily: on driveway (4 cars) and inside of a garage (2 cars), no street parking allowed 1 beach parking permit provided ( FEE APPLIES IF LOST ) Other things to note Other things to note: We got high speed internet! The bunk beds area is fully separated from living room #2 by door and it has 2 small windows, so it feels like a legit bedroom The cottage features stainless steel fridge, dishwasher and stove with glass cooktop, hot tub, campfire zone, bbq area, billiard table, games zone in the basement, lots of boards games provided as well for any age. We also provide a microwave, toaster, Cuisinart coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine as well as milk frother and coffee grinder, SodaStream and Ninja blender, all dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, utensils and glassware. Towels and bed linens including sheets, pillowcases, duvets, duvet covers, mattress and mattress protectors. Two bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths, 1 hot tub and 1 beach towels are provided per guest. The house equipped with whole-house water filtration system as well as separate filtration for drinking water, so no need to bring cases of bottled water. There is a separate outdoor dining area for 10 people with BBQ Zone conveniently located next to the kitchen. We do sort the garbage/organic/recycle as per County of Simcoe requirements. Please use garbage/recycle/organic bags provided and place them in outdoor bins located on the side of the house. Thank you for being a part of making a difference in protecting our environment. WASHER & DRYER: Available for your use. Located in the laundry room next to the kitchen. Please Clean out the lint trap in the dryer after each load. WIFI: Internet reception is not the best in our area. We have provided the best connection available. It seems to work best for emails, texts and web browsing. Passwords are provided in the cottage manual upon arrival. Brand New Jacuzzi Hot Tub: soaking in a hot tub may be just the therapy you need to unwind and escape. Water is tested and balanced prior to each guest. Single use chlorine disinfectant available for each day of your stay. BBQ: The BBQ is provided for your use with propane tank. CAMPFIRES: The fire pit outside is available for your enjoyment as well. There is 1 bag of firewood provided in the garage for your use. PLEASE OBEY TOWNSHIP OF TINY OPEN FIRE REGULATIONS AND ADVISORIES. GENERAL INFO PROVIDED IN THE GUEST BOOK UPON ARRIVAL. DAMAGES/BROKEN OR LOST ITEMS: We trust that you will be as careful and mindful as possible with our belongings, as you would in your own home. We do realize however that sometimes things get broken or lost so we would just appreciate that you either replace minor items, or let us know if anything does get broken or lost during your stay so that we can be sure to have it repaired or replaced before our next guests arrive.
