After the 12th guest additional fee of $45 per person - per night, is applied..  ** Damage deposit up to  $1000 (Airbnb holds damage deposit) This property has a water well and you may notice a minor sulfur smell when you run the shower for a minute or 2 it is absolutely normal. They have to be approved first, and an additional fee would apply depending on details provided. **In case we will allow your type of event (with prior approval and with all information provided) the damage deposit will be $2500 **We may consider pets - $100per pet. If you stay 1 month then 2 lights cleaning will be applied.
