Tucked away on a wooded hilltop, our 3,400 sq ft sunlit home is nestled right up against the natural beauty outside, bringing it in and creating an ideal 4-season getaway place for friends & families to relax and unwind in the Pocono Mountains. The home is 15 minutes to Camelback Mountain Ski Resort, hiking, shopping, restaurants, the Crossings Outlets (100+ Stores), Casino, only 90-mins from NYC. The space The 1st floor features a sauna room, a hot tub room, a wet bar with bar stools, 2 private bedrooms, a full bathroom, washer & dryer. A Samsung Smart 4K Ultra HD TV, a sectional sofa/sleeper, and a pool table for your entertainment! The 2nd floor showcases an open living and dining area with a large stone-faced wood-burning fireplace and surrounding views of nature through tall windows, under a cathedral ceiling and skylights; a spacious 12-person dining table set, and a Smart TV on the wall; Comfortable reclining sofa set in the center of the living room area; a front deck, a secluded back deck with a 6-person table and chair patio set and a propane grill with fuel provided; a large screened in porch with relaxing patio chairs and coffee table, surrounded by panoramic view of nature, songs of wild birds, and the rustling and whispering of the leaves. On the other side of the floor is the spacious modern kitchen. It is equipped with appliances such as refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove and toaster, coffee maker, grinder, hand mixer, fruit blender, rice cooker; cooking and dining essentials such as plates & silverware, cups and glasses, pots and pans, utensils, spices, cutting boards - everything you would need to prepare a great meal. The fridge has an internal filter water dispenser and an ice maker. A spacious master bedroom is privately situated on this floor. Its two beautiful vertical windows are like two picture frames with constantly changing art of nature. There's a queen sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a private two-person jacuzzi tub and a shower. By the windows, there's a sofa/sleeper for added relaxation or accommodation. The 3rd floor consists of a spacious loft area, 2 bedrooms, and a full bathroom with a skylight. An Air Hockey table is added to the large loft area! There's a full-sized bed in the bedroom facing the front yard, and two twin-sized beds in the bedroom facing the wooded backyard. It has a capacity to add two extra accommodations based on your preferred sleeping arrangements. The loft area is a perfect place to relax and contemplate nature through the large living room windows. There are a couch and an ottoman that can be easily converted to beds when needed. The house is spacious and comfortable. Slippers are provided when you first walk in. The two smart TVs are HDMI ready for connecting to your devices to watch your favorite channels through WiFi. Just remember to log out of your account before you leave. A projector is available for your late night movie watching pleasure! Select your favorite movie on your Netflix, Amazon Prime Video account, and many others, and you can turn the living room into a movie theater! Feel free to use the 4-person beige canoe parked by the nearby lake within short walking distance. There are heaters & fans in all the rooms, and mini-splits/air conditioners in the living/dining room, kitchen area, and all the 5 bedrooms! The house provides clean linens & towels, essential toiletries; dishwashing and laundry detergents; kitchen trash bags, so you can travel light! There is a 5% discount for a 4-night-stay and more discounts for a longer stay. Our driveway can accommodate up to 8 cars. The house can accommodate up to 12 guests. (2+ at addition fee) Please not that events and parties are not allowed. Guest access Guest access Guests can access the entire house except the garage which is used by hosts as a storage room. You will have full access to our Spa/hot tub and Sauna. HOT TUB POLICY: Every guest must shower immediately prior to hot tub use. Body oils, perfumes, hair gels, etc. will greatly affect water quality and can cause maintenance issues. Other things to note - Gate entry: Welcome Center is open for 24 hours. Prior to your arrival, we will ask for a list of guest names/drivers including vehicle info to be submitted to the gate for registration. - Cold days: Each room in the house has its own baseboard heater that guests can adjust to their liking. 60-65 degrees are usually pretty comfortable. Please avoid turning to the maximum degrees on the thermostat to prevent the heaters from burning out. - When using hot tub: Please make sure the water level stays high enough for the water to flow into the filter box to prevent the heat element from burning out. - Pools (Memorial Day to Labor Day): We provide 12 pool/amenity passes. There will be a $50 fee for any lost/missing passes. Due to weather or other unpredictable circumstances, the community may close the pools. In any case, we will communicate with our guests in advance. - The crib we provide for infant is a portable crib. If you have an infant, please inform us in advance and we will leave it out for you in a noticeable place.
