This beautiful home is in the suburbs of Humble, Woodland, Conroe, & Spring. It is near highways, eateries, malls, Mercer Botanic Gardens and airport. My space is large, cozy and furniture is brand new & highest quality. This thoughtfully designed 2 bedroom comes with a Large Master Bedroom Suite (inclusive of 2 TVs), queen bed & sleeper sofa, free coffee/snacks/water and garage. The patio is perfect for families looking for a place to rest and relax from the hustle and bustle of the city life. The space You can use it all! Kitchen, laundry room and of course the comfy patio. 2 bedrooms have king size bed, and one bedroom has queen size bed. We also provide a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests. The two bedroom suites have 2 televisions. One in master bedroom and one in the living room area. Welcome snacks and bottled water provided. Guest access The entire house as well as the patio area. Other things to note Guidelines for how to exit the building. Please do not exit the building through the garage door with the dead bolt engage. There is only one way to access the building which is through the front door. There will be a cost of $125 to unlock the door if you lock yourself out. To ensure the safety of all our guests and property, we installed security cameras ONLY on the exterior of the building. Please do not tamper with any of these cameras.
