The space We live in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood called Kingswood Estates in Kings Beach, borders the North Tahoe Regional Park with wonderful walking trails. An easy drive over the summit gets you to Northstar Resort (10 minute drive and about 6.6 miles), and to the opposite direction a short distance (under 1.3 miles ) the charming beach town of Kings Beach. Hiking trails, shops and restaurants. Truckee and the casinos near Incline Village are a short drive away. Our cabin is a reverse floor plan home with the main living area upstairs as well as the master bedroom (CA King Size bed) is upstairs. As you go up the stairs you will be greeted with a generous open layout. The cozy living room with high ceilings, a gas stove to keep you warm, set with a very comfy leather couch and 2 leather recliners, allows you to just relax or watch TV with the family. The dining room has a sliding door leading to one of the decks set with a table and chairs to enjoy meals during the warmer time. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances including a large gas range, coffee machine, blender, microwave, oven, with a full assortment of cookware and serving dishes and the utensils necessary for you to feel at home. It has a modern stainless steel French door model refrigerator. In the top level you will also find a bathroom and the washer and dryer. The spacious master bedroom with an on-suite is equipped with warm linens and we also provide towels, and toiletry (shampoo/conditioner soap, toilet paper). There is also a comfy couch and wall-mounted TV for relaxing. In the lower level we have the other two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a sitting area with a TV and access to another deck and the playground. No Parking on Street Nov. 1st - April 30th for Snow Removal. Although this home is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with Lake Tahoe’s mild summer weather. KEY ACCESS: After you confirm your reservation I will create a unique password for your stay that will open the door at 4:00 pm the day you check-in until 11:00 am. the day you check-out. The cabin is walking distance to North Lake Tahoe Blvd. (.2 miles away) to the fabulous restaurants and quaint shops of Kings Beach, Crystal Bay Casinos, and Kings Beach public beach.
