The living room has a pull out couch and there is also a 'playroom' with games and toys and can be converted into an additional sleeping area with an inflatable mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. There is also a washer and dryer. The living room has a Smart TV and a DVD player, no cable available, feel free to use your Netflix, Hulu or Amazon Prime accounts. Internet access is provided along with a desk area for those who must work remotely. The dining room can seat up to 8 people and includes magnificent views across the lake. A perfect place to watch the sunset while you eat or you can eat outdoors on the lake! Outside, you will find all the amenities including a grill, 2 picnic tables, a screen house by the lake, fire pit and access to the nearby beach. It also includes the use of a brand new 40' dock, 3 kayaks (one is a double), a rowboat and a paddle boat along with life preservers. Motorboat access to lake at public beach. Motorboat not included. Easy day trips from the house include a drive around Lake Winnipesaukee, a hike up Mt. Major, walking around the cute shops in Wolfeboro, a drive over to FunSpot in Weirs Beach and much more. Guest access Guest will have full access to the house, the screen house, dock and non-motorized boats. There is plenty of parking. The garage is not accessible.
