Most other Lodge Villas do not have this space. Please note that Cuscowilla is a private club, access is not available to club facilities for rental guests. The space This property provides a very unique opportunity to support large groups. The design allows you to gather in central areas or in smaller areas within the suites. Please note that the Hospitality Suite section(Terrace Level) of this unit is an additional cost. For 14 people staying at our Lodge Villa, we require that the terrace level be added to the reservation. This will be the primary space that 14 people can comfortably meet in a Lodge Villa. Currently, our lodge villa is the only villa that can provide this terrace level. The main level has 2 bedrooms and a family room with a full kitchen. This level has 3 flat screen TVs, and 4 queen size beds, with a large deck and screen porch. Each bedroom has a full bath with granite counter tops. If you need a smaller space, this floor is available for rental alone. Please contact owner for details. The upstairs level also has 2 bedrooms with a family room and full kitchen. This level has 3 flat screen TVs with 2 queen and 1 king size bed. Each bedroom has a full bathroom. This level opens up with french doors to a large tiled covered patio with ceiling fans and a very nice view overlooking the lake. This is a wonderful place to kick back and relax. For large gatherings, you can enjoy the terrace level/hospitality suite with over 1500 sq ft of indoor space with multiple sitting areas, pool table, 3 large TVs, surround sound media center and large kitchen with island. This area opens to a large protected patio with ceiling fans overlooking the lake. You can rent a boat or water craft and dock it directly behind your unit! If you prefer to bring your own boat you can use the ramp at the nearby Marina and store your trailer for a small fee then navigate a short distance to your dock at the Villa! Guest access The lake and dock behind our Villa are available for you to use. We have an assortment of lake toys available also. We have a canoe, 4 standup paddle boards, and 2 kayaks. I share these lake toys with my next door neighbor. Cuscowilla is a private club. Cuscowilla rental guests will not have access to the club facilities such as pools, tennis, restaurant, golf or workout facilities. Other things to note All prices include a 16% local and state sales tax. Please contact Jim for pricing details for Masters week, holiday weekends and for adding the Terrace level. Holiday weekends have a 3 night minimum. Discounts can be applied during the winter months. Pricing includes the Terrace level. When comparing Lodge Villas in Cuscowilla, only 2 Lodge Villas have a terrace level, and we are one of them. Please understand that others villas don't have the terrace level, and cannot compare to our property.
