The Artist's Box is a fantastic ocean-front property located on Pemaquid Point just 75 ft from the crashing surf of the Atlantic Ocean. Completely renovated in 2015, everything is fresh and new in this cozy 3 bedroom cottage. The space The master bedroom has a queen bed, another bedroom has 2 twin beds, and there is 1 twin in the third bedroom. The bathroom has a shower and a vanity with a double sink, and there is also a half bath. The brand-new kitchen has stainless steel appliances and an 8 foot island that seats 6 people. Towels and linens are provided, and there is a washer and dryer. You can enjoy ocean views on the enclosed porch, or sit outside on the adirondack chairs and watch the lobster boats go by, as they pull in your dinner. A picnic table and charcoal grill are available for outdoor cooking and eating, as well as a fire pit for chilly evenings. Four beach chairs, to take to the beach, are in the closet. The cottage has a cozy gas fireplace, wireless internet access, TV and DVD. Other things to note Weekly rentals only with a Saturday change over. We do not allow pets or smoking in the house. 9% Maine lodging tax will be collected by Airbnb.
