Suite A is apartment sized, and designed for an epic getaway. Highlights include a Hot Tub with stunning view, covered patio with fire table, Wood Fired Pizza Oven and so much more. The unit is spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, queen bed in bedroom and quality Murphy bed in the living room. The space Hello from the West Coast! Doug and I love life on Van. Island. There is so much to do here and we are excited to share it with you. Our new house is located in a desirable neighborhood north of Sidney. We are licensed builders and designed our dream house with two 5 Star guest suites. My Favorite 2 things about the space. 1. It is so quiet and relaxing here! The house is on 1 acre, beside a nature reserve with lots of trees. Every room has a beautiful view of the Ocean and Piers Island. 2. The hot tub is fantastic at night. Watching the stars, putting on the massage jets. Then the ferry sails by with lights reflecting on the water. Just Magic! Check out the pictures for more detail about each suite. Questions? Drive straight down the driveway to the green paddles to park. There is a path to the right of the house going down to the guest suites. First peek at the view! :) Each suite door is equipped with a smart lock set to a pre-arranged code. I’ll give you the door code on arrival, make sure you are cozy and give you your space. Other things to note Our goal is for you to have a great stay. If there is anything amiss, please let me know. The property has 2 guest suites. Each has its own entrance and soundproofing installed between the suites. One of my favorite things is to rent out both suites to families or friends travelling together.
