This 'architect' home has been built recently and has been decorated with style and comfort in mind. Boat tours and fishing tours are available for a fee. Due to its location, this property is not suitable for people who are ambulatory challenged. Guest access You will have access to the entire property. Please note that there are stairs to access the property from and to the beach; this property is not adapted for people with ambulatory challenges. Other things to note You can go to the village (15 minutes walk) and discover the Italian restaurant “Gian Luca in Cucina” right on the village beach, or you can call Gian Luca directly, he might be able to provide you with meals during your stay. The other option is Saboga Lodge, right next door to the Villa (on your left side when you watch the Ocean) where you can have drinks and meals next to a pool in a cozy tropical atmosphere. Edit The property is rented on a self-catered basis. As such, we provide some basic amenities such as toilet paper, soap, etc., to facilitate your arrival, but it's our guest's responsibility to replenish as needed.
