The open and airy main living space includes a gas fireplace, leather couch and matching chair, and armchairs. Two large picture windows look out onto the Birches trail, providing a great view of the activity on the mountain, and a flat screen TV also provides entertainment for a quiet night in. The kitchen features an roomy eat-in counter/island with seating for four, as well as all the amenities to keep everyone full after a long day on mountain. The condo has a full bath with tub/shower combination. One bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and the second bedroom has a full bed. Both rooms have built-in bureaus and a closet, providing ample storage space. The couch in the living room offers a pull-out full bed. THE LOCATION The condo is centrally located, just a few yards from the Sugarloaf Health Club, which features an exceptional fitness center and racquetball court. You’ll find great eats (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), a good selection of Maine brews, or just pick up a pizza and walk it back to the condo (they will deliver it, too!). The Sugarloaf village/base lodge is just a short walk, or a quick shuttle ride away. You’ll find a variety of dining and nightlife options like The Bag, Widowmaker, or Hunker Down.
