The space This is a two bedroom apartment that you would share with myself and my partner Kyle. It is a safe, quiet neighborhood. There is plenty of privacy in that there are only two apartment units in the building. We are conveniently located above a laundromat! Guest access Guests are free to use the common areas as they wish! We have many kitchen tools including a rice cooker, VitaMix and magic bullet. Just let us know what you’d like to use and we’ll be happy to help you retrieve it. During your stay We’re almost always available, even while we’re at work. Just send us a message and we’ll get back to you pretty quickly. Other things to note Regarding hot water - generally the hot water can take a few minutes to heat. Additionally, because it is a small building and we are located above a laundromat, there is low water pressure and no hot water for about 20 minutes between 9:15 pm and 9:45 pm.
