We have done our best to provide a variety of life jackets and sizes, but we can not guarantee a fit for everyone. Therefore, use of our life jackets is at your risk also. -CHILDREN outside should be supervised at all times. -We hope that you enjoy the outdoors—food, drinks, cigars :) on the porch, but we ask that you keep things quiet and music low after 11:00pm out of respect for neighbors around.Also all trash including cigarette butts,beer bottle tops etc need to go into trash.please clean the Grill after use -Please do not bring pets. We love animals, but we recognize the issues related to pet dander/allergies and cleanliness. Evidence of a pet in the house could result in a deduction of the security deposit. -Please do not smoke inside the house. We are doing our best to keep our home smoke free for guests who are prone to allergies. -We have a circle drive so please park in the driveway. No street parking.
