My place is located in the quiet area but also close to restaurants , beach, family-friendly activities, supermarkets, bank, etc. Mediterranean garden with old olive tree and smell of the lavender and rosemary... The space We are Villa Zubcic with eight private apartment and one ours where we live all year. Usually we work during summer season because we do not have opportunities to work during winter for now. All eight apartment are huge and beautiful on own way. All of them have own kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, terrace, living and dining room, air condition, Wi-Fi in all property,etc... We are here 24 hours a day, welcomes you, show to you plan of the city and gives to you some practical information. We are here for you at any time during the day :) We want that you feel like at home and to enjoy in our beautiful city. Guest access When guest come in our place we show to them their apartment and gives to them the key of their apartment and of the property, because we love to luck the house after 11 pm. Other things to note All apartments are for no smokers but you got ashtray at the terrace so you can enjoy in the cigaret with the beautiful view from the house. We offer extra beds and baby beds for extra charge of 10€ per day.
