The space We purchased this beautiful lakefront home in 2017 and have enjoyed every second we have been able to spend here during all four seasons. There are various times during the year when we are not able to enjoy the lake and hoped to share this beauty with others. Guest access Our condo association is somewhat small and there are only 38 units, all townhouse style. Each unit has its own separate entrance and exit and the privacy of four spacious living levels, a deck and a patio as well as the shared green, grassy space and the shared beach. Other things to note Parking for two cars is included with the unit, one is in front and one is next to the building. Eight guest max strictly enforced. Rental agreement must be signed and reviewed by condo association. ** sheets, beach and bath towels are no longer included ** Four beach chairs, lake floats, beach wagon and a gas grill are all available.
