Ohana Tides is a fantastic, newly renovated oceanfront beach home with an inverted floor plan, an elevator for guest use, open living and dining area with a wall of windows showcasing expansive ocean views and partial marsh views as well! Remodeled kitchen with new cabinets, oversized sink and quartz countertops, with all new appliances and dining for 14 people. All 5 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms are oceanfront. Home also has TVs and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, Wifi, Blu-Ray, expanded cable service, a pack 'n play, high chair and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Outdoor amenities include front and back decks, covered porch, picnic table, enclosed shower with hot/cold water, and a foot shower. Brand new outdoor entertaining area with large heated pool (pool heater with surcharge). Pool has a 13 foot water slide!! Outdoor kitchen with gas grill and island sink. Plenty of outdoor sitting space, dining and outdoor lighting. Volleyball court or multiple purpose area for corn hole, horse shoes, etc. Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only), Beach/Bath Towel Combo and Bath Mats are provided for Weekly Rentals only. ***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. Pool heaters will not be turned on June-August. Please call for more details.*** ****The owner utilizes outside cameras for security purposes only.****  Guest access We know you are getting excited and want to make sure you know where and when to check in.  The Coastal Vacation Resorts office is located at 131 Ocean Boulevard West on the ocean front near the bridge that brings you across the intracoastal waterway.  Turn right at the stop sign after crossing the bridge and you will see our office immediately on your left.  Check-in starts at 3:00 PM unless you elected and paid for early arrival beginning at 1:00 PM. If your home is a keyless entry home your code will be emailed to you in a separate email. Your code will be active at 3 pm unless you have an early arrival. Your check in and out instructions will be left on the kitchen counter of the home. If you will not be arriving before 5:00 PM, your check-in packet and keys will be in the cabinet in the sunroom located on the east side of our building. From our entire staff, welcome to Holden Beach!  Other things to note Please remember to roll your trash cans (regular & recycling) all the way out to the curb the night on Monday night and Before check-out.  Trash collection begins very early in the morning and it is extremely important that all trash be collected on schedule.  If your trash cans are stored in stands near the street, they must still be rolled out of the stands and placed at the curb.  Let us know if you have questions and thanks very much for your assistance.  Have a safe trip home and come back soon!
