Other things to note Chelan County Permit # STR 000126 This home is located in the Wapato Ridge Development which is not associated, nor has access to Wapato Point. This home has an official Short Term Rental (STR) Permit from Chelan County. Please keep loud exterior noises to a minimum to help us keep this permit in tact. Thank you! Please no glass in the pool area. If the HOA has to clean up broken glass they may assess a fine. Anyone under 16 entering the pool area needs adult supervision. Ring doorbell present at entrance. Pool open seasonally from Memorial Day (May) to September/October The pet policy is very firm per the Home Owners Association. We love dogs but please leave them at home. If caught with a pet, the HOA can assess a fine.
