Our place is perfect for couples, families and groups of friends. We have a large yard, heated pool, fire pit and treehouse. Our full size kitchen has all the tools to prepare large family meals. You can dine in the air-conditioned dining room or enjoy a summer BBQ outside on the bluestone patio. Afterwards, relax in the sun room with the windows open to enjoy the summer breeze as the air cools down in the evenings. The sun room is equipped with a Roku enabled TV for movies with the entire family. Our yard is over an acre with ample room for a game of croquet or soccer with the kids. The highlight is the heated swimming pool with lots of floaties and kids pool toys. For kids who like to escape from the adults, there is a tree house with a deck overlooking the yard. We are conveniently located to drive to Woodstock, Phoenicia, New Paltz, Kingston and Minnewaska State Park. Hiking, biking, running, fishing, swimming and tubing are plentiful in the summer and skiing, X-country skiing and snowtubing are nearby at Belleayre or Hunter Mountain. Mohonk Mountain House is 20 minutes away. SLEEPING: Two bedrooms with queen beds downstairs sleeps 2 in each bedroom. One of the downstairs bedrooms also has a trundle bed.
