Welcome to Smoky Mountain Family Serenity, we rent to small families and their children or couples. Our main rule is only those registered at the initial booking are allowed on the premises during your stay. The space What is special about your property that others may not have? Our home is one and a half level home and sleeps up to 5. It has Two bedrooms with super comfy beds, a King in the Master bedroom and a Queen in the second. There's also a super nice full size comfy sofa bed in the living room. There are 2 full baths, one with a shower, the other a shower and Jacuzzi tub combo, towels, hairdryers, soaps, and some extra special touches. It has a full kitchen which is fully equipped with a full size fridge and stove, microwave, toaster, Keurig and additionally a 12 cup automatic Mr. Coffee programmable coffee maker so you can wake up to the Aroma of your favorite morning Java! If cooking is your thing then whip up something special. We have the equipment you need. A Kindness Kitchen... Fully Equipped. Tiny Hearts ♡ Shaped waffle iron, crockpot, and a blender to whip up some nice smoothies or frozen Margaritas!! Multiple measuring devices, herb infuser, pots, pans, plates, glasses, utensils, spices and unique serving equipment! Or sit back and have your favorite brew or glass of wine while waiting on the outdoor charcoal park style grill to cook your steak just right! There are multiple indoor and outdoor eating/gathering areas including a fire pit for Smores! Pack lightly if that's your wish and take advantage of our DIY laundry with iron and mini ironing board. We have designated lake use towels or for your time on the sunning dock and a small cooler for your boat or to take along with you on your hiking adventure! For those relaxing nights or rainy days we have an already paid Netflix app loaded for your binges on the Smart TVs with plenty of other apps loaded such as Pluto, VUDU, etc. the list is extensive. Or you can utilize our wireless internet (Wi-Fi) and Roku to sign in to your own Hulu, Prime or other streaming services. We also have plenty of board games, DVD's and other entertainment items. Including a stereo with indoor sound bar which is also connected to the outdoor deck speakers, you can choose to listen to what ever is playing or play your own music by connecting your phone. Did I mention the outdoor deck speakers?? Plenty of seating on the decks and chairs for the dock. Rock your cares away or take a swing in the hammock with your Honey Bear or curled up with your favorite book right by the shoreline! Other things to note Anything else? Here is the Business Part.. We ask that you abide by all of our rental rules, take good care of our home and be respectful to us and our staff during your stay and most importantly acknowledge and agree to the following... **Important** We only rent to small families with children, or couples. Only registered guest are included in your rental agreement. No guest visitors are to be on property at anytime during your stay. The main renter must be actively staying in the home during the entire stay. This policy is monitored and by renting you agree, that if violation of this policy occurs, you and all on the premises will immediately be notified to vacate without any refund due. Full names of all registered guest and the renters drivers license must be included (emailed or texted) to rental manager asap upon your initial booking to secure your reservation without cancelation. By renting you acknowledge this is a non-liability property, we are and will not be responsible for any guest injuries or guest belongings. We encourge you and all guests to behave in a safe manner while on premises and to lock all doors when you are away. You have been prior notified and therefore, by renting and entering the property you thereby release owners and staff of any and all liabilities. Before reserving, please see our disclaimer in the written rental agreement booking contract attached. This is the same written document where you will find the house property rules of which you are being notified of and therefore by your booking confirms your acknowledgement of, acceptance of and your full agreement to comply. Know where your children are at all times, water and roadways can be hazardous. The home is located in a low key business and safe residential area with other visitors and owners enjoying their time, please be respectful of the neighbors regarding noise, levels and their property. For added safety and security, exterior cameras are on the property. ATTENTION *** The home is not for parties or unauthorized gatherings.*** Anyone entering the premises or home that has not been registered as guest at the time of your initial booking and fully disclosed are considered to be unlawfully trespassing.
