The House The kitchen has been updated with granite counter tops and all new appliances and opens to a dinette area with a large window overlooking the waterfront. Enjoy breakfast on the deck and watch the ships pass by, or bring your coffee to the waterside patio and see the fish jump. The dining room comfortably seats six people. There is also an outdoor dining table on the deck. Two newly renovated bathrooms, one with water views from the deep soaking tub. Three bedrooms each offer new mattresses, bedding, and décor. There are two queen beds and two twin beds. Plus a futon on the four season sun porch. Plenty of room for sleeping and relaxing. Work remotely with high speed fiber optic internet and a desk/workspace overlooking the Hudson River. Washer/Dryer available in the basement for guest use. Enjoy a beautiful, large, flat yard perfect for lawn games or just relaxing. Lots of trees for shade on hot days and an outdoor firepit offers warmth on cool nights. Fish from the patio or dock. There are 6 kayaks (four adult and two child), paddles, life jackets, floats/water toys, fishing poles, lawn games, and more. Plenty of parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway.
