There are Protective Mattress & Pillow Covers. On the King bed there is High Quality Sheets, a Blanket, Comforter & 2 Pillows. Up In the Loft, Double bed, there is a Fitted Sheet, a Sleeping Bag, & 2 Pillows. (All Linens are Washed after every reservation). There will be a Wash Cloth, Hand Towel, Bath Towel & a Beach Towel per person. There is a Coffee Pot, Microwave, & Small Refrigerator (There are no eating utensils or dishes). There is a small Restaurant/Bar/Store at the Community Gate. Guest access You and your Guests will have their own Private Suite with Private Bathroom. You share the Sidewalk, from the street, down 18 steps to your Suite and the Gated Access to the Beach. Just like a Motel. You share walkways but that is it. Your Room has a Wrought Iron Screen door with a Digital Lock and a Key Lock Front Door. If you bring a BBQ you can cook on the Beach. There is plenty of space for a Beach Fire and to play Beach Games. Bring your Toys. Other things to note Think about what you are going to want to do. Bring with you what you will need. Don't forget a traveling mug for water, coffee, ???. You may want to bring with you, a Portable BBQ and Firewood (you can buy it at the Community Gate). Bring your toys. Surfing Board, Boogie Board, Jet Sky, Wet Suit, etc. Beach Games? Volleyball, Bocce Ball, Ping-Pong (bring Plywood for a table). You will find Horseback Riding on the beach. The last time I checked it was $10 an hour. Going into Rosarita you can find ATV's to rent
