A desk and power strip is available if you need it. 1Gig/sec Ethernet is available, perfect for working remotely. The fully equipped living space, a four top table awaits to share your favorite beverages and meals. Full sized kitchen cabinets, kitchen counter-tops, full sized refrigerator, and kitchen sink are available for meal preparation. The separate master suite is behind two large privacy doors. The suite has two balinese side tables with reading lamps flanking a large, extra comfy memory foam king sized bed with loads of pillows. Additional desk, chair and lamp in master bedroom. The quiet split A/C unit and ceiling fan in the bedroom keeps the room cool and serene. From bed, you can watch the ensuite 43" 4K TV or peer out two large windows into your private gated courtyard seating area. The bedroom has dark wood blinds that keep the room nice and dark when you prefer to sleep in. Double sliding mirrored doors reveal a huge closet space with shelving to unpack and unwind. It is filled with all kinds of room amenities including beach towels!!! A dresser is also provided in the bedroom as well as 2 luggage racks. The large ceiling fans in both rooms, the window A/C in the living room and the split A/C unit in the bedroom keep the whole suite feeling fresh and cool, even on the sunniest of Hawaii days! Laundry needs are met by the sparking clean full sized front loading washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Our bathroom is Wet room style with a dual shower head. We provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There is a shower stool should you need one. Outside the suite, through the courtyard and approaching the entrance/exit gate is an outdoor locker where you will find beach chairs, beach umbrellas, body boards, snorkels, fins and masks and a large rolling cooler (icepacks are provided in the full sized refrigerator) for the easy and quick stroll (5 minutes or less) to one of the nicest and quietest areas of Kailua beach, consistently rated as one of the world’s top beaches. More toys are available for the asking! Surfboards, SUP Boards, Bikes, etc... When you return home from your day at the beach, there is an outdoor hose area to rinse your feet, body and beach toys. Whole Foods, Starbucks, Target, Safeway and local boutique shopping in Kailua Town are only a 5 minute drive away. About us: We reside on property and are available on a as needed basis. One interior wall is shared with the main house, but we have been told it is very quiet from all our guests. You will have complete privacy, but if you need anything, we are here to help. This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented to one party for periods of 30 consecutive days or more in compliance with City and County regulations. Guest access We will meet you upon arrival to give you the keys and a short tour of the suite. Other things to note No smoking in suite or on property. This guest suite is only for 2 guests.
