Permit #CESTRP-2020-00832 The space The Arrowhead Cabin is beautifully decorated with a stylish mix of modern and antique furnishings. The living room is bright and spacious, with a large prow front window reaching the ceiling. Enjoy the use of our fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, fridge, cooking/dinning needs). Our 42" round kitchen table seats 4 people, but has a leaf insert to convert to a 6 person seating (the 2 extra chairs and leaf insert are located in the Downstairs Master bedroom closet). We also provide a sturdy card table and 4 metal fold out chairs for extra eating/seating space. (Folding table and chairs are located in the Downstairs Master Bedroom closet). This 4 bedroom home has 2 Master Suites. The upstairs Master Suite has a Cal-King bed and includes a large soaking tub and a skylight in the bathroom. The downstairs Master Suite has a Queen size bed and a small bathroom, with a stand up shower. The guest room (bedroom 3) has a queen bed and the bunk room (bedroom 4) has a double and twin bunk set. It has 3 bright, thoroughly cleaned restrooms (2 private Master baths). The large outdoor patio deck includes a BBQ, a canopied table (seats 6), a cozy 3 seater couch and 2 club chairs with ottomans to sit and relax while taking in the breathtaking views of the mountains, trees and partial view of the Country Club's golf course. There is a 7% Transient Occupancy Tax from San Bernardino County that is not included in our Nightly Rate. AirBnb will collect this Tax for payment. Enjoy a warm fire, surf the net, watch a movie or just read a book under a canopy of trees outside! .... We provide HULU Live, ESPN+, and Disney + on our 65" 4K SMART TV - you can also login to your Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime, Peacock, Paramount Plus, MLB, etc. on our flat screen with amazing surround sound (Bose home theater speakers) in the living room (we'll remind you to logout at checkout). Light a fire in our large stone fire place with a wood burning insert. (We provide 1 bundle of wood (mixture of oak / eucalyptus / pine) free of charge. ***Extra wood is available for a charge of $20 per bundle.) Make a call on our cordless home phone (no long distances calls) and surf the net anywhere in the home, using our Spectrum wireless internet. Read a book, play a board game or a game of chess in the living room, while the kids play a video game in our Garage Arcade or watch a DVD (you provide) on our second TV in the bunk room. There is parking for up to 3 cars outside of the garage - per County Code, if Violated, it is a $1200 per vehicle FINE - 3 Cars only (please be mindful of our neighbors).
