Built in 1904 by Lemuel Shattuck and Jacob Schmid, this imposing 3 story building was touted as Bisbee's "first skyscraper" and originally housed Lemuel's magnificent saloon - The Shattuck. Today, this grand building is home to the Bisbee Brownstone - 6 spacious condo style suites, each unique and meticulously appointed. Located on Brewery Gulch, in the heart of downtown Historic Bisbee, we are within walking distance to all of Bisbee's Galleries, Restaurants, Shops and Entertainment venues. The space With it's exposed brick walls, warm wood flooring, granite countertops and private outdoor seating area, our beautiful patio suite was the very first of our "Signature Brownstone" remodels. This spacious suite (528 sq. ft.) is all on one level and is comprised of a bedroom with a king bed, bathroom with combo tub/shower, living area, full modern kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and of course, private patio. In addition, our beautiful patio suite is furnished in a light, contemporary fashion and includes: Full sized kitchen - with full sized appliances and everything you need to cook that gourmet meal Free bottled water Keurig coffee makers and a variety of premium coffees/teas King sized beds with luxury linens Adjustable heat and AC 52" flat screen Smart TV's with cable, Free WI-FI, Private bathroom with big fluffy towels A lovely array of toiletries Access to the shared rooftop patio (7 a.m to 10 p.m) No parties, no unregistered guests Guest access Enter through guest entrance on Brewery Avenue and up stairs to second floor - follow second floor hall to suite 204. Access to all areas via smart locks. Guest will receive personal access information via text message on the morning of arrival.
