A beautiful walk to Sammy's beach or a short drive to the Ocean Beaches. First time on the rental market. The space The property is in the Northwest Woods area of East Hampton, near the bay beach/Sammy's beach. It's in a private community with a number of low key celebrities. You enter through an automated gate, the house is over two floors. In the ground floor there's an open space living room/kitchen with large dining table, sofa and chairs in front of the fireplace and views to the pool and the forrest. The decoration is modern and functional. The property has 3.5 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms. On the ground floor there's a bedroom with king-size sofa bed facing the pool - we use this room as a TV-Room/Library but is a fully functional bedroom with king-size bed, its own bathroom and closet. There's also another half bedroom with its own door to the pool area, which can have various uses - we use it as massage room or gym but can be configured to a single bedroom, it has its own half bathroom. Upstairs you will find a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and another bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Unique features of the house are the large windows bringing the outside in - you can be inside looking out to the beautiful trees and the pool or outside enjoying a very large deck. Other features is the privacy, the house has a good distance from other properties and is very quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped and the BBQ is top of the range. The TV room has an oversized TV and great quality surround system. We love spending time here. The property is a 10 minute drive to the famous Hamptons beaches e.g. East Hampton Main Beach, Two Mile Hollow, 10 minutes to East Hampton, Amagansset or Sag Harbor and a few minutes walk to the beach by the house. Guest access All Other things to note The pool is heated, the deck has ample sunshine, furniture for lounging and entertaining and there's also an outdoor shower, which I love. The property is fitted with Sonos wireless sound system and also with Phillips Hue lighting - allowing you to select from hundreds of color combinations for mood lighting in the bedrooms.
