This is a one bedroom apartment within the home. NOT FOR PARTY No Smoking , ABSOLUTELY No events, parties, or large gatherings. The apartment has a separate entrance from the home main entrance. The apartment also comes with comcast high speed internet. The living room couch can be turned into a double bed, that sleeps two. Large ,shower towels and shampoo included. The apartment includes washer and dryer.The bedroom sleeps two .It is about 30min drive to Downtown-Chicago and15min to O'hare . The space If you are looking for the place close /walking distance/to Bars, clubs , Cinemax, Chicago museums, stadium etc, this is definitely NOT the place for you ! ...It is located in VERY safe upscaled and quiet neighborhood, far away from main traffic yet , very close to all of it ! There are 24HR security cameras on the premises , 2 car secure parking space .Temp central thermostat is on the other side of the house,I need to know what temp is desirable .We don't accept reservation for party. NO smoking/ No Party . Guest access Guests needs to call for the keys. .I'm not by computer all the time , it might takes some time to answer Other things to note No smoking policy.
