If there is a noise complaint it may result in immediate eviction - Please drive slowly through the subdivision - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve - Check-in/check-out times are firm due to the cleaning schedule, unless other arrangements are made before your stay with the Guest Contact - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - NOTE: The property provides step-free entry, but requires stairs to access the loft - NOTE: Outdoor security cameras are in use at the lodge. The premises are monitored, and violations of the "no pet" policy and the "no party" policy (as mentioned in the house rules) will not be tolerated.
