Usage of amenities are for owners and seasonal guests. Guest access In addition to the beach, there is free access to neighborhood park, basketball court, tennis courts, and sound access. The recreational space outside the apartment is large with porch swing, pingpong, corn hole, hammock. It is covered in case of rain with ceiling lights and fans. Large screen TV with Hulu, Netflix and other streaming channels. There is also an outside shower (semi-private). We have beach chairs, umbrella, cooler for your use. Bring your own beach towels.
