It has a 2 car driveway garage and (1) extra parking at the side of the road. We're few minutes away from Fort Lee, Southpark Commercial Center, Publix, Foodlion and some local tourist destinations. Some local restaurants are also walking distance from the house. Other things to note Strictly no smoking of any kind, no vaping , no to marijuana and no to illegal substances in the property. Alcohol consumption prohibited but can allow limited, light social drinking only. No pets allowed. No illegal internet activities, no PPV. Lost keys will incur a charge. Minimum of 3 day stay and maximum of 3 persons Cleaning Fee $75. Security Deposit maybe charge Security deposit and deep cleaning fee maybe charge for guests with service dogs.
