SAFETY For your safety, there are security cameras on the property (none of them inside the living space or looking inside the living space). - Outdoor cameras monitoring the outdoors (none of them looking inside the house, terrace or dock for maximum privacy) - Cameras inside the basement monitoring pipes, machinery and spaces where guests are not permitted to enter. QUIET TIME & NOISE AWARENESS Sound travels far over water - please be extra quiet outdoors 10 PM - 8AM, the entire lake community can hear late-night noise. Noise violations result in fines from the community association that we will pass on to guests. DRIVE WITH CARE This is a quiet area with pedestrian traffic and limited sight distance on most roadways. Guest access You are going to have access to the entire property. Other things to note TOILET ETIQUETTE: Only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Even items labeled as 'flushable,' such as baby wipes, should NOT be flushed to prevent damage to the septic system. DRIVEWAY USAGE: Please use the driveway for parking. Under no circumstances should you drive on the backyard, as it could damage the septic system. CLEANING: CLEANING PRODUCTS: The house is cleaned before your arrival using trusted brands such as Lysol, Young Living, Meyer’s, Pledge, Fabuloso, and Clorox. VACUUM CLEANERS: Find three vacuum cleaners for your convenience - main level (wireless, under the kitchen table), upper level (inside master bathroom cabinet), and basement.
