Newly redone by well known designer. The space This is a very charming sweet traditional Napa retreat with everything you would want. The property can be split by two or three groups as well. Other things to note * WE DO NOT ALLOW EVENTS OF ANY KIND ON THE PROPERTY * ** PLEASE NOTE THAT PER NAPA COUNTY REGULATIONS, OUR RENTAL CONTRACTS ARE FOR 30 DAYS ** By booking, you are acknowledging that you are OK with the following house rules. If you are not OK with them, please do not reserve this house. - No more than 10 people are permitted at the property at any time unless approved in advance. All guests must be registered by name before arrival. - No more than 6 cars are allowed at our property unless approved in advance. - If we receive a complaint from any of our neighbors you will forfeit your security deposit and you will be asked to vacate the property. - No smoking inside the buildings. - No drugs anywhere on the property. - All furniture is brand new. Please treat with respect. - You agree to allow service people on the property for their regularly-scheduled work - landscape, pool, etc. - Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house. - The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings or valuables of the guest while staying at the property. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
