Your group can spread out in two comfortable and professionally decorated homes. The heated pool and tropical garden, filled with hibiscus, grasses and palms, connects the two. The main house contains a newly renovated, full kitchen complete with Sub-Zero fridge, Bosch induction range and dishwasher, and quartzite countertops, which overlooks an open plan living-dining area filled with comfy sofas and chairs, complete with games, puzzles and books for all ages. Beyond that is an expansive deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, the uncrowded white sand beach, and dune plantings — just made for lounging, entertaining, and admiring the vibrant sunsets! The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, ample storage, and a private porch overlooking the beach and pines. The attached master bath is tiled in marble and features a double sink and walk-in shower. You’ll also find two comfortable guest bedrooms, each containing two twin beds, plenty of storage, and its own marble-tiled bath with walk-in shower. There is a pull-out sofa in the sun room (sleeps 8). The guest house contains one bedroom (king-sized bed) and one bath and walk-in shower, complete with a newly renovated, full kitchen with Sub-Zero fridge, Bosch induction range and dishwasher, and quartzite countertops, which overlooks an open plan living-dining area and a screened porch. There is a pull-out sofa in the living area (sleeps 4). Washer and dryer in both houses. Each home features tasteful and comfortable beach chic décor, flat screen TVs, and picture windows overlooking the Gulf and sandy paths to the beach.
