OVERVIEW A set of raised white flagstones above a great fishpond lead you through a cosy green garden space and into the heart of Villa Leana. The views when you first enter the property are breath-taking as the elevation above the land gives an unbroken, sweeping panorama of the land below. Furnishings are all high quality from a top Indonesian designer (Vinotti) and so the villa is exceptionally well appointed and is fully equipped for your comfort with satellite TV, wifi and music docking stations. ACCOMMODATION Villa Leana has 4 dedicated bedrooms and for a 5th playroom that can be acomfortable bedroom for 1 -2 adult, or 2 to 3 children. All the bedrooms are large and en-suite (except the playroom which has an adjacent bathroom). The master bedroom is at the front of the upper floor. A room of open planning features a double size Jacuzzi bath sitting just to the rear of the master bed – allowing great views from all points but maintaining privacy at all times. Main Upstairs Double Bedroom - King-size double bed, double jacuzzi bath with ensuite bathroom. All with incredible ocean and perfect for sunset. Upstairs Twin Bedroom - Two large Twin Beds and ensuite bathroom, with Garden Views.  Can be set up as a Super King-size double if needed. Downstairs Double Bedroom - King-size double bed, and ensuite bathroom with bathtub. Views of the Ocean and perfect for sunsets. Downstairs Twin / Triple Room - Two / Three single beds, with ensuite bathroom view to the gardens.  This can also be made up as a Super King if needed. Our standard villa rental rate is based on 4 bedrooms and 8 guests, additional charges apply for extra guests/beds if needed.  Additional bed/bedroom: Basement Playroom - Single Bed (120cms) and Sofa Bed, ocean and sunset views. Has a simple adjacent bathroom but not ensuite. FAMILY FRIENDLY - POOL FENCE AND STAIR GATES Villa Leana is well equipped for infants with cots, high chairs, car seats, plastic cutlery and plates etc. For children at Vila Leana there is lots of books, DVDs, children's satellite TV and toys all included free of charge. Youngsters normally love the fish and turtles in the pond and the rabbits in the downstairs garden. At Villa Leana for extra safety we also have a proper pool fence, and stair gates at the villa as well, all included in the price, and we supply other extras such as car seats, high chairs, kids plastic plates, cups and cutlery etc. More than that the staff are excellent with kids, and we can provide some day-care and babysitting if adults wish to have an evening out [a small gratuity for babysitting after 9pm is appreciated]. FULLY STAFFED With Villa Manager/cook, butler and housekeeping, you are well looked after at Villa Leana. Our cook can prepare a number of excellent Balinese, Indonesian and Western Food, all at restaurant quality, but far better value at just the cost of groceries plus a 20% villa charge, which goes to cover the villa costs of providing in-villa. House specialities are the Chilli Crab and the BBQ Pork Ribs LOCATION AND AREA Villa Leana is very convenient for Balangan Beach, [one of Bali's last great laid-back beaches], and for Jimbaran's restaurants and shops which are just 10 minutes drive away. If you are sporty then there are golf courses just minutes drive away and also cool surfing at Balangan beach which still has a great air of space and exotic beauty. Bali's other super white sand beaches hidden away in this great Bukit area are all nearby. Villa Leana, is ideal for families, or friends wanting to be close to the beautiful beaches of the Bukit and local amenities but have a peaceful haven to escape too. Guest access Guests have complete access to the entire villa, and the villa is entirely private for you and no other guests are able to access the villa while you are there.
