The private bedroom is part of a house within a nice and quiet neighborhood. This place is a 5-minute Uber from Newark International Airport. The bus to NYC is a short 10-minute walk from my house- NJ Transit Bus 114 to NYC Port Authority from Adams and Morris. I am a short 30-minute drive (car) from NYC. The bedrooms are private, but the other areas of the house are shared. No smoking in or around the house. No Shoes in House. No Private Bathrooms Please read the house rules & confirm. The space The kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom are available for use. Guest access Bathroom, Guest Bedroom, Kitchen, Dining Room, and Living Room Other things to note Free street parking available. There might be a free space available in the driveway as well. Ask. :-) There is a laundromat 5 minutes drive away from the house.
