This river front property offers a relaxing atmosphere. Sit down by the river and watch the bald eagles swoop down, beavers playing in water, fish, kayak, or float around in a tube. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a spacious living, dinning and kitchen area. A back deck with river views and a large griddle prefect for morning breakfasts. Also features a fire pit, observation deck by the river, and lots of lawn furniture. Stocked with towels, bedding, and all kitchen ensemble needed. The space The driveway can fit 3-4 cars. We have lots of friendly wildlife here. Many different species of birds, including bald eagles that fly over daily. Certain times of the year you will see the busy beavers. The water depth of the river is very unpredictable. Depends on time of year, rain fall, and how much they are letting out of the damn. Even at its lowest, we still have kayakers and tubers.
