Plus a shared washer and dryer! The space This is a private back studio unit in a peaceful and Rodeo neighborhood on a corner lot. Perfect for singles or couples in short or long-term stays. Studio includes drawers underneath the bed and small closet for your essentials. Guests can park on the street for free. Studio is conveniently located near freeway acces, and there are several restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shop nearbys (starbucks is less than 1 mile away) or grab and go at The Loony Bean and stroll along the marina. If you enjoy hiking, Crockett hills trailhead is only an 8 minute drive. Guest access Guests have the entire studio to themselves. Access will be provided through keyless entry. Please note that laundry facilities are shared with two other units. There is one house and two studio units on the property. There is a small shared fenced backyard.
