Use Permit Number: UP-21-12 The space Downstairs has living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with a king size bed. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has 2 double size beds and a twin. Guest access There is gravel off street parking on the south side of the property. Other things to note We will consider allowing pets with a $75 per pet deposit and a maximum of 2 dogs. Pet fee must be paid prior to check in. Owner approval of the breed and age of the animal prior to booking.
