Located behind a gated drive on almost two acres with beautiful gardens. The space This large apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful houses and lovely foliage. This light filled apartment offers a beautiful location with easy access to town and the beach. Guest access The balcony of the apartment overlooks a yard for our guests to enjoy. Please note that the in ground pool is only for the main house use and is not accessible to guests due to insurance reasons. Other things to note We live in the main house with our four boys and our Bernedoodle, Pip, and rescue pup, Scout. The dogs are very friendly, but if you are afraid of dogs, please know that there is an invisible fence area that will keep them from the driveway leading to the apartment and the apartment access, but you may see them out front in the yard. If you don't like dogs, you can feel comfortable that they will stay within the area surrounding the main house.
