The flat is tastefully furnished & loaded with amenities to meet all your needs. A back up generator is available incase of power cuts. Located in a prime & safe area with private security guards in the neighbourhood. You can easily reach the beach in 5 minutes using a Bajaj, Motorbike or Uber, the city in 20 minutes. ATMs, banks, Bars, Hair saloons, shops, grocery stores & hospitals are only a 2 minute walk away. Activities like boat rides to islands etc are also just a 10 minutes drive away. The space Open floor space with the kitchen leading into one big room starting with the sofa area to your right and the big double bed to your left. A closed door leading to the bathroom to your rear end. The kitchen is fully furnished with amenities to help you make a quick breakfast or a delicious lunch & dinner. All appliances i.e AC, fridge, stoves etc work well & are serviced regularly. Laundry area is downstairs behind the apartment, to your left from the bottom of the stairs. Guest access A beautiful, shared garden (we don't have seating yet) and lots of space to do yoga or for kids to play. We share an outdoor laundry area with the guests which we will steer clear of when guests want to do their laundry to give them privacy. An easily accessible location, uber drop off point is right outside the gate, most activities can be organized for you. Hosts are knowledgeable on the area & the city & can offer recommendations. Other things to note 1. We have security dogs that may occasionally bark at night. 2. We offer cleaning services midstay. We charge Tzs.20,000 for the service. Payable in cash after cleaning. 3. Early check in is subject to availability. (ie. baggage drop off & pick up) Please book the day before your supposed check in and or the day after your supposed check out if you will have early/ very late travel itinerary to avoid being stressed.
