House rules Weekend Retreats: To fully embrace your getaway, we encourage a minimum stay of two nights on weekends. Midweek Escapes: We typically ask for a three-night stay during the week. However, please feel free to reach out if you'd like to discuss a shorter visit. Saturday: please be aware that we do not schedule changeovers on Saturdays to ensure the smooth management of our property. Guest Accommodations: Up to 16 guests can comfortably enjoy our space. Please do not bring more, to maintain the quality of your stay Parking: We offer parking for up to six vehicles. Guest Eligibility: The primary renter must be 28 years of age or older, although families with children are warmly welcomed regardless of age. Pet-Friendly Stays: We love to host your furry friends! Please let us know about your pet in advance for approval and note that a $200 fee per pet will apply. Security Measures: For everyone's safety, we operate a front-facing security camera. Rental Agreement: A copy of our rental agreement will be emailed for your signature to ensure you're fully informed about your stay.
