You'll enjoy our spacious 4 bedroom / 3 bath private home in a quiet neighborhood with cathedral ceilings and open floor plan. Finished lower level with large screen TV and ping pong table give the kids space to spread out. Large deck has a huge gas grill and there is a stone fire pit in the back yard. You even have a private spa area with jacuzzi and sauna! The space Our house has 3 levels. The MBR / bath are on the top level. Two bedrooms and full bath are on the main level with one bedroom, full bath, rec room and spa on the lower level. The kitchen is full stocked with everything you need to eat in or choose from tons of restaurants within a couple mile radius. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. Please note when booking a week long stay, Saturday to Saturday is not allowed as it blocks parts of two weekends. You can check in / out on any other day of the week. Other things to note I really want my guests to feel at home and relaxed while staying with me. I've rented many houses in various places over the years and decided that I would do my best to include everything in my unit that I wish people had included in places I've rented. To that end, there is a Keurig machine, a full coffee pot and I include unlimited coffee, tea and hot cocoa. The house has a high capacity washer and dryer which I encourage you to use so that you don't have to go home with dirty laundry. All linens, bath and spa towels are there and included. Paper towels, napkins, cooking spices, dishwashing soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, etc are all there for your use to make your stay a little easier. There is also an unlimited supply of firewood. It's worth noting that this is NOT a party house. All I ask from my guests can be summed up in one word . . . "Respect". For the vast, vast majority of you, this comes naturally. Sadly, there are always a few that think booking a place away is license to trash it and have no respect for the owner or others around them.
