This waterfront hillside cabin has an open concept floorplan with a sleeping loft for up to 5 and is a cozy place to relax and enjoy amazing panoramic water views and sunrises. This retreat features a new kitchen, a new bath with a spa-like shower, and beautiful hardwood flooring. Enjoy grilling and hot tubbing on the wrap-around deck, out door fire pit, and short walks to the private community beach. The space The cabin is about 1,100sqft and has a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table (not shown in pictures). The bathroom has a large walk in shower with heated floors and a washer and dryer. There are 4 beds in the loft and a sofa bed in the living room area. Brand new outdoor hot tub with an outdoor shower to rinse off. There is an outdoor fire pit, free wi-fi, TV with fire tv stick for streaming Netflix and other apps, a DVD player, record player (bring your favorite vinyls), board games, and puzzles for your enjoyment. Community beach down the road. About a 5min walk away. Please Note; there is some construction going on two lots over on random days. The neighbors are in the process of building a garage and are almost done. We have no control over their schedule. Be aware that there are 40 plus stairs to access this home. This cabin sits on a hillside and is medium to high bank waterfront. There is no railing on one side of the lower section of the staircase to access the loft and the loft railing is made of cable wire (shown in pictures).
