Our charming lake view cabin is located in the heart of Greenwood Lake! Situated on a beautifully tiered wooded lot with lake views from almost every room, the cabin will be your very own relaxing oasis in the mountains! You’re just a hop and skip away from the excitement of Greenwood lake. Our cabin is great for families, a group of friends or a quiet retreat for two! The space The space Our home can accommodate 6 guests (when it’s adults and children) comfortably. *However 6 adult guests would be a tight fit so we would not recommend for comfort reasons.* Guests have the entire home to themselves which contains 2 private bedrooms (both upstairs), a den/office which can be used as an additional 3rd bedroom and a full bathroom on the bottom level. The downstairs den/office has a fold down couch and bedroom #1 is very spacious with a queen size bed while bedroom #2 is quaint with a full size bed. The open concept floor plan allows guests to cook in the well equipped kitchen while still socializing with guests in the family room. The stone wood burning fireplace provides a comfy atmosphere to relax in after an eventful day in the outdoors! Enjoy the shaded yard, perfect for BBQs and outdoor games. In the evening, enjoy a campfire in the fire pit while listening to the boats moving across the lake. Access all your favorite outdoor activities within minutes including renting a boat in Greenwood Lake (3 marinas less than 1 mile from the cabin!), hiking and biking the picturesque Appalachian Trail, or checking out local wineries,breweries and farms. Just 15 minutes away, enjoy The New York Renaissance Faire (open August-October) and the beautiful town of Warwick. PLEASE INQUIRY ABOUT BOAT SLIP RENTAL. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire house and grounds. Make yourself at home! Other things to note *PETS- we consider allowing dogs on a case by case basis. We must be informed about a pet prior to booking. There is a $100 flat rate pet fee. Absolutely NO cats will be accepted. You can NOT access the lake at the cabin. Surrounding lake front is private property/beach club. (*Membership to beach club could be available if renting all summer*) To get on the lake you can rent a boat, paddle boards or take a boat tour. You can also visit lake front parks. The TV does not have cable but it’s a smart TV (access to Netflix, prime, Disney+, etc) as well as a DVD player with some old school DVDs! SUMMER- The cabin has ductless AC units both downstairs and upstairs master bedroom! *This property is in a lake community, meaning there WILL be bugs and spiders, so if you hate them, this isn’t for you.*
