This is a private guest suite (FULL lower level walkout - approx 1,750 sq ft) within our larger 3-story occupied home. A comfortable home-away with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, living room, and kitchen with full-frig, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric range, toaster oven, microwave and counter that seats 6. New mattresses, bedding, pillows, and towels. Guests welcome to use back patio area with natural fire pit, covered pavilion with gas fire feature, grill and hot tub. Great Wifi and Smart TV. The space Please be aware that we host our lower guest level as full time residents of our home. Therefore, we will typically interact with guests in outdoor spaces during their stay. That said, we will certainly respect the privacy of guests that wish to limit personal interaction with us. *** VERY IMPORTANT NOTE ***: Due to the fact that we live at this house full time, we cannot guarantee quiet tranquility. We often host family and friends…and we have three crazy French Bulldogs. Although we insulated heavily between floors, you will still hear life happening above you :). That said, as of summer ‘24 (almost 4 years hosting), we have only had a single occasion that a guest conveyed that noise prevented them from sleeping well. We ask that you let us know up front if you are light sleeper(s) so that we may take extra care to control the noise level. Guest access Guests enter through a sliding door-wall with lock. Guests are welcome to share driveway or park curbside in front of residence. Guests are welcome and encouraged to use the patio, hot tub, and pavilion in rear of residence. However, these areas are shared with the homeowners. Other things to note We maintain our hot tub year round. Guests are welcome to use it at any time. After 10PM Sunday-Thursday, we ask that guests maintain quiet as the hosts and neighbors work full time. The driveway is shared with the hosts (typically only one car in drive). Guests may be asked to park in certain areas of the driveway (primarily) for efficiency. Homeowners remove snow as required. Guests may be asked to move vehicles for clearing. Guests are welcome to purchase bundles of firewood. Hosts maintain firewood stock year round (we typically stock 1/2 to full face chord). Outdoor patio furniture removed for winter storage second week of November through second week of April.
