This is a working "cattle farm" with a home that can sleep 10 people. if you are a nature lover and enjoy being outside with spectacular views, you will love this environment. The space Large open Living, Kitchen and Dining area. Jetted tub and 2 separate showers. 2 long outdoor porches and 1 enclosed sitting porch. Tremendous views from all windows and porches. Handicap ramp going into the main porch Enough parking for 6 vehicles, 2 of those are a covered carport Coffee and Tea are available. Cooking oil, sugar , salt and pepper. Guest access Guests have access to entire house. Rates include 6 guests, additional guests are $35.00 per person per night. No additional guests unless fee is paid before arrival. No pets allowed. There is a two night minimum unless approved. House has keyless entry with digital code. Please stay on the roads on the farm. If a gate is open leave open , if closed leave closed. Also do not touch the wire that is attached to the wood fence, it is electric and will shock if touched. It is for the cattle. Other things to note this is a working cattle farm. bulls, cows, and calves are present on the farm. although they are friendly and are accustomed to seeing people every day, they are not pets. so please give them their space and they will respect yours and watch out for them when driving in the dark. thanks if you go for walks on the many roads, please abide by the "farm gate rule" (if the gate is open, leave it open. if the gate is closed, please close it back).
