We lived here with our 1 year old, so it has been fully baby-proofed! Pack and Play, outlet covers, gate at stairs, high chair, sound machine all make for a safe envenvironment for your family. Ask if you have any questions or requests! (We probably have it!) West Landing Beach (see pics) is a 5 min walk away and views of the Peconic Bay are visible throughout the house. Kitchen is stocked like we live there year round. Enhanced WiFi - we both video conferenced here all day without issue! The space Rooms: Primary Bedroom: king-sized bed with en-suite full bathroom. The room is equipped with a full size dresser, walk-in closet, and bay windows opening up to beautiful views of the neighborhood. Bedroom 2: Full size bed with views of tree-lined neighborhood Bedroom 3: Full size bed with views of the pond. This is where we use a pack and play (blackout shades in the room). Living Room: full sized sofa (large enough to sleep comfortably, if needed) and love seat with ottoman. Large windows and skylight brighten this comfortable room during the day. 55" Smart TV (equipped with YouTube TV for live streaming and on-demand) fully available. Sun Room: cozy room with new sectional couch, dining area, and 50” Smart TV. Deck: Huge private backyard deck. The deck has a new Weber grill, 6 person teak dining table and large umbrella. Living Room 2/Basement: walk-out (full sized door), finished basement with four twin beds, a Smart TV. Dining Room & Kitchen: 8 seat dining room with views of the water, large updated kitchen fully stocked and with all the appliances you could need (blender, coffee machine, mixing bowls, knife set, etc) Wifi has added bandwidth to support multiple adults Working from Home, and additional tables are available for desk use.
