The apartment is part of a unique multi-unit property, some of which are home to local residents, and two of which are Airbnb units. Residents and tenants have assigned parking as there is a shared driveway. Guest access ON-SITE PARKING: There's room for 1 car to park on-site. BY CAR: Drive into the village to have your fun- there are several areas to park nearest where you're going. Quick commute to nearby places like Target & Wegmans (5 min), the City of Rochester (16 min), Village of Penfield, Eastview Mall (12 min). BY BUS: The nearest bus stop is under a 5 minute walk away, at the corner of Main St. and Whitney Rd. ON FOOT : The place is just a quick walk away from all things in the Village including the Erie Canal, local shops and restaurants. Other things to note There is a family lives on-site, along with other Airbnb guests, so please be aware that while your space is private, the shared premises are enjoyed by others too. We ask that you be considerate of noise, as it can carry between units. We are near active train tracks, adding a touch of charm with a soothing, nostalgic “white noise” both day and night. We are currently going through some light renovations which we are excited to deliver on. You may see some unfinished corners or drywall before its completed but all things are improving. *Note: Identity verification is required along with a legitimate photo ID and prior positive host review. Failure to have all these does not meet the requirement to book the listing Lastly, in the Spring and Summer months, we tend to see some ants making their way indoors.
